Co Founder
Tarek Fawzy is an accomplished architect with over 30 years of experience in design and construction. A graduate of Alexandria University with High Honors, he launched his career in Cairo, specializing in high-end buildings and interior finishing.
In 2005, he founded EI.CONS with a vision for excellence in construction, leading the company to industry recognition, including the best contractor award for Palm Hills Development in 2015 and 2016.
Leveraging EI.CONS's success, he co-founded EICONS+ to expand the investment base, build strategic partnerships, enable business growth, and establish industry leadership through delivery of high-quality projects both locally and internationally.

Managing Director
Merit brings her strategic innovation and governance expertise, with a particular focus on tech adoption and market expansion. With over 20 years of experience across telecoms, automotive, and banking, she previously led strategy at the Arab African International Bank for 12+ years and co-founded a microfinance company in 2017.
She’s a frequent financial commentator on outlets like CNBC and BBC, and a certified instructor at the Egyptian Banking Institute. Her honors include being named one of Egypt’s Top 50 Women (2018, 2019) and graduating from the Central Bank of Egypt’s Future Leaders program.
Merit holds a Ph.D. in Management from ISM Paris, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor’s in Business from AUC, and executive credentials from Kellogg and Northwestern.
